Terms of use

Draft — August 2026. Have a lawyer review before production launch.

SOS101 is a community notification tool. It is not an emergency service, not a substitute for 112, police dispatch, or estate security contracts, and not a promise that neighbours will respond.

What we do

We deliver alerts to registered phones in a community when a permitted member triggers SOS or sends a follow-up.

What we do not guarantee

Your responsibilities

Liability

If someone is harmed while responding to an alert, SOS101 did not dispatch them. The community acts on its own judgement. To the extent permitted by law, SOS101’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the prior twelve months.

Donations

Community donations support running costs. Donations are optional — SOS is never paywalled for non-payment.
